Who We Are
Bishop, Rosen & Co., Inc. is a broker/dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC. We are an introducing broker/dealer and clear on a fully disclosed basis through National Financial Services LLC (“NFS”). NFS is a Fidelity Investments® company, one of the world’s largest providers of financial services. NFS provides trade execution, clearing and other related services on behalf of our brokerage customers.
Accessing Information
Access to customer information is for authorized BISH employee’s business purposes only. BISH requires its authorized employees who have access to customer information to protect it and keep it confidential.
Collecting Information to Conduct Business
BISH collects information about you to serve your financial needs, provide customer service, offer new products or services, and fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. The type of information collected varies according to the products or services you request and may include:

Security Standards
BISH continues to assess new technology to evaluate its ability to provide additional protection of your personal information. We safeguard this information in accordance with federal standards and established security standards and procedures. Measures we take in this regard include implementation of physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.

In the course of conducting business, we may disclose some or all of the previously described information about you to NFS and other businesses including non-affiliated third parties, as allowed by law, for the purpose of:
